Target Ages: Entering 5th–9th Grade

Schedule: Week 7 (July 13–17)

Lead Instructor: Tara Brown

This isn’t just another week at camp—it’s an investment in the next generation of leaders. Our Leadership: Building Character, Mentorship & Impact program is designed specifically for older campers ready to transition from being participants to becoming positive influencers in their community. Through a dynamic mix of team-building challenges, interactive workshops, and real-world application, campers will discover that leadership isn't about a title—it’s about action.

What Campers Will Experience: * Character Core: We dive deep into the "Heart of a Leader," focusing on the pillars of discipline, respect, and honor. Campers will participate in exercises designed to build self-awareness, integrity, and the courage to do what is right, even when no one is watching.

  • The Mentorship Mindset: Learning to lead means learning to serve. Campers will practice communication and empathy skills, discovering how to encourage peers and act as positive role models for our younger "Keiki" campers.

  • Strategic Decision-Making: Using our "Strategic Map" framework, students will tackle group problem-solving scenarios that require critical thinking, delegation, and collaborative planning.

  • Creating Tangible Impact: We focus on "The Power of One." Campers will brainstorm and execute mini-projects that demonstrate how individual initiative can lead to a significant, positive shift in a group's environment.

Why Choose This Program? Whether your camper is naturally outgoing or a quiet observer, this week provides a safe, high-energy environment to step outside their comfort zone. They will leave with a personalized "Leadership Playbook," increased confidence, and a clearer understanding of how their unique personality can leave a lasting, positive impact on those around them.
